Complaints procedure

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service to all our patients however in the unlikely event you are not happy with any aspect of our service, we will investigate your complaint as promptly as possible. Any written or verbal complaints should be made to our practice manager who will respond within 5 working days. We will seek to provide a substantive response within 10 working days of acknowledgement. If you would like a copy of our full complaints procedure, please contact us and we will send you a copy.
